Company event with workshops and after-party
At the reception, attendees were divided into groups and, after the welcome address, participated in workshops focused on creating a collaborative song. In a subsequent plenary session in the main arena, the groups combined their efforts to produce a cohesive final piece.
The result was a fantastic end product that enhanced the employees' sense of unity. The day wrapped up with a lively after-party at StageOne, featuring star guest Anastacia and the Swiss band "the bpm."
Lighting, sound and video projection
smARTec managed the technical planning and execution for the event. We redesigned the stage and seating arrangements in Hall 550, tailoring the lighting, sound system, and video projectors to fit the space. We also provided the necessary media technology for the individual workshop rooms. At the after-party, smARTec ensured exceptional sound and lighting effects both on and around the stage.
