We offer you an event platform that is tailored to your needs. Personal branding and your own feature design guarantee a customized online experience. Relocate live video conferences to specially designed 3D studios and involve your audience interactively in the event with voting and chats.

Key features

Parallel sessions

Via a central reception page, participants can access various sessions that can be broadcast live in parallel. Documents are offered as a link or download.

Security

We guarantee a high level of security through password protection and individual login. We work with HLS AES encryption and offer secure transmission via HTTPS / TLS. Geoblocking and IP blocking are additional security features.

Agenda

The agenda provides an overview of the current program. It is displayed in the form of a tree diagram and can be customized.

Multilingualism

The Virtualhub platform offers 4 languages to choose from: German, English, French and Italian. The choice of language also switches the live transmission.

Event Landing Page

Welcome your participants with a landing page tailored to your corporate design. This is where your audience will find all the information and have access to registration and login.

Speaker

An overview of the speakers can be created to match the agenda. For example, add contact details, CVs or links to other presentations by the invited speakers.

Question box

Questions often arise during a presentation. With the
question box, questions are collected and passed on to the
speakers in real time.

Live chat

The live chat offers participants the opportunity to share comments and opinions during the
event and to exchange ideas with.

Expert chat

A direct exchange with speakers,
exhibitors or organizers is possible via a 1:1 chat.

Live event streaming

Live streaming

Broadcast presentations live. This can be done at an event location, in a studio, at your company or even from home. At Stageone in Zürich Oerlikon, we offer various studios from small to very large. The studios differ in design, size and price. The external locations in Aarau and Bern complement our main location.

Panel discussion

Bring together people from different interest groups. Questions from the online audience can also be collected and answered via the question box.

3D studio

Speakers can present from any location in a virtual 3D studio that can be designed according to your wishes. Keynotes, PowerPoint, videos and Slide Remote can be integrated directly into the presentation, e.g. as part of the 3D environment or as a full screen alternating with the live stage.

Video on demand

Share existing video content with your audience. The videos can be integrated into the presentation and shown as a full screen or on a virtual screen in the 3D studio.

HTML web application

The Virtualhub event platform is a responsive HTML web application for live streaming that works on all modern web browsers. An app installation is not necessary.

Our servers

Our servers are located in state-of-the-art data centers in Germany and Austria and guarantee GDPR-compliant operation. We operate our software and infrastructure in accordance with European data protection guidelines.

Data analytics

After the event, a data analysis can be carried out on request to give you an insight into user activities.

Basic

Our cost-effective Basic package includes an event for up to 250 simultaneous users with a streaming time of up to two hours.

The stream is embedded on a landing page where you can choose from five design templates. After the event, we provide a recording via transfer.

Premium

Our premium package includes an event for up to 250 simultaneous users with a streaming time of up to 2 hours.

The stream is embedded on a landing page with its own URL, where you can choose from five design templates. You can also use the Video on Demand feature and take advantage of our live support. After the event, we will post a recording of the stream online on the event page for 2 weeks, including file transfer.

Enterprise

Enterprise is an individually programmed platform with its own e-mail server.

It can be used as a company's central digital communication platform to plan digital events. This gives you a comprehensive overview of several events. The URL is freely selectable. Possible features are: Multilanguage, private rooms, online showrooms, virtual innovation centers, workshops and much more.
